The project “The Enigma of Time” begins in 2020, on the beach of Sainte-Marguerite, with a wooden ladder planted in the gleaming sand, a mirror reflecting the splendid light of Normandy. The works in this series are made from raw materials and natural elements. The vocabulary is simple: ladder, door, curtains, table, chair, but always located; beach, sea, cliff.

From dream to matter, the artist transforms the landscape into a universe where the everyday and the dreamlike meet. These ephemeral installations explore our relationship with time and the poetry of the ordinary.

« These ordinary objects appear in my dreams, I make them to photograph them. »
